Agreement Between Owner[Bounce House Ninjas LLC/Jarvees] and Renter [You]
Responsibilities of the Owner:
The Owner shall ensure that the Equipment is in good working condition and suitable for its intended purpose.
The Owner shall provide instructions, guidelines, or safety information for the use of the Equipment, if necessary.
The Owner shall make reasonable efforts to address any issues or concerns regarding the Equipment promptly.
The Owner shall provide necessary accessories for Equipment.
The Owner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Equipment, including but not limited to its condition,
merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the Equipment is rented "used"
The Onwer shall be responsible for the setup, and takedown of the Equipment.
Responsibilities of the Renter:
The Renter shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards during the use of the Equipment.
The Renter shall not sublease, transfer, or assign the rented Equipment to any third party without the written consent of the Owner.
The Renter agrees to use and handle the Equipment with care, and to return it to the Owner in the same condition as when received,
normal wear and tear excepted.
The Renter shall be responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period.
The Renter must return the Equipment promptly by the agreed termination time, unless an extension is agreed upon in writing by both
Parties.
The Renter acknowledges that the Owner shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of the rented
Equipment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Owner.
The Renter shall provide a security deposit. The remaining amount will be paid in person.
The Renter will return the equipment to the Owner in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted. Renter will be responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
In the event that any provision or part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision or part
shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The owner has the right to cancel the reservation at any time. Deposits made by the renter are refundable only if reservation is canceled by The Owner. Regardless of whether the renter chooses to prematurely end booking service , they are obligated to pay the full amount agreed upon.
I understand and acknowledge that the use of the rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents,
injuries, property damage, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rental
equipment.
I hereby waive and release the Owner from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses,
whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental equipment, except in cases of gross negligence
or willful misconduct on the part of the Owner.
I agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising
from my use of the rental equipment or any breach of this Agreement.

I understand that I am responsible for the proper and safe use of the rental equipment. I will use the equipment only for its intended
purpose, follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the Owner, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety
standards.
I have carefully read and understood this Agreement, and I am signing it voluntarily and without any duress or undue influence. I
acknowledge that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing this Agreement and that I have had the opportunity to seek legal
advice before signing.
